The website www.hotelpergola.it is an online information service provided by Hotel La Pergola (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel La Pergola" or "Hotel"), through which the user of the site (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Client") can inquire, check, and send, via the guided procedure contained on the site itself by the Hotel, the request for availability of the Hotel's accommodation services. This request for availability can also be made via a direct email request from the client to the Hotel's email: [email protected], via a request on the social platforms of Hotel La Pergola in Alba Adriatica, or directly through a phone call/whatsapp to the numbers: 0039.0861.711068 – 0039.347.2204687. The use of the hotelpergola.it website and the services contained is subject to the acceptance by the User of the terms and conditions. The request for availability is not binding and does not form a contractual agreement neither for the Client nor for Hotel La Pergola.

1 RESERVATION
The booking request. The price is fixed per room per day. The management of Hotel La Pergola reserves the right to not accept the booking request. The booking confirmation that Hotel La Pergola sends to the Client is binding for both parties and represents the finalization of the booking contract with an option. In case a response is requested, the Client has the duty to respect the timeframes set by the management of Hotel La Pergola to have accepted the option and definitively confirmed the booking. At that point, Hotel La Pergola will commit to sending a confirmation email to the Client. All bookings must be reconfirmed via email accepting the exclusion conditions of the establishment. Arrival Departure. Rooms are available to the client from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival (check-in). On the day of departure (check-out), the rooms must be vacated by the client by 10:30 AM. Our hotel does not have rooms for smokers and pets are not allowed.

2 PRICES
Our prices are per room per day including Bed and Breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free use of bicycles, and free beach service (no. 1 umbrella and no. 2 sun loungers at most). The tourist tax: euro 1.00 per person per day, from 14 years and up, is not included in the price and must be paid at the Hotel by the client upon arrival.

Reductions for children only apply when staying in an extra bed in the parents' room. Children under 2 years of age are entitled to the addition of the third bed with only an addition of euro 15 per day. For children from 2 to 8 years, with an extra bed in the parents' room, a 50% discount on the adult rate will be applied. For children from 9 to 12 years, with an extra bed in the parents' room, a 30% discount on the adult rate will be applied. Children aged 13 or over, at the time of booking are considered as adults.

3 FREE SERVICES
Beach service: for each room booked, for the booked period, the beach service including no.1 umbrella with no.2 sun loungers at the "Al Faro" Beach Resort is available for free. However, the client can also inform the management about not using the beach service during the stay.
Parking: for each room, for the booked period, no. 1 unguarded outdoor parking space is assigned for free; Free WI-FI at "Hotel La Pergola" and on the beach at "Al Faro Beach Resort".

4 CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR BOOKING
Cancellation of the booking: it is unpleasant both for you and for us. Up to 30 days before the day of arrival, it is possible to cancel the booking for free and obtain a refund of the deposit already paid. Bookings confirmed and cancelled by the client between the 29th and 15th day may be refunded up to 60% of the advance already sent. Bookings cancelled by the client 14 days before arrival will not result in any refund to the client of amounts already paid - PENALTY 100%. For more information, you can contact us directly;
Cancellations for Non-Refundable room type: it is not possible to cancel or modify the booking of rooms booked through the “Non-Refundable” formula. In case of cancellation of non-refundable rooms, the management of Hotel La Pergola retains the entire amount already paid by the client. The 100% penalty is also applied in case of no-show

5 BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
Bookings: the reservation is guaranteed with a confirmation deposit of 1/3 of the total value. The 1/3 deposit can be made either online with the client providing their credit card details, or via bank transfer, postal order, or PayPal. The various payment methods are listed below:

Secure Payment via Credit Cards
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Blue Card) through a secure payment system. The client communicates the credit card number, the security code on the back of the card, and the expiry date. Any irregular, rejected, incomplete, or fraudulent payment for a reason attributable to the client will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Upon successful payment, the client will receive a detailed reply and a receipt for the payment of the stay via email that the client specified during the quote request phase. The reply is the agreement between the parties.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the client will be given a summary invoice of the total amount of the stay including the tourist tax to be paid in cash in addition. The use of an invalid credit card automatically results in the cancellation of the reservation. In case of Early Departure, the Management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay.
